Mission

NextG Systems develops dual-use NextG wireless technologies for US Department of Defense funded programs. Our mission is to deliver wireless infrastructure that is open, intelligent, and trustworthy by construction, and to transition those same capabilities into commercial and private networks.

Everything we build is based on open source software, open hardware, and open interfaces. We apply AI across the Core and RAN and innovate up and down the stack, from FPGA and radio unit design through CU/DU and a lean, low-SWaP core to orchestration and integrated sensing and communication.

Trust is engineered, not assumed. Memory-safe languages are our baseline, not our finish line: we apply formal methods to the critical functions of the Core and RAN, delivering provably correct implementations that anyone can independently check.
